Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions:

Butter a 9 x 13 pan. Melt butter and chocolate. In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Whisk in salt, sugar & vanilla. Stir in chocolate mixture. Fold in flour. Pour into pan.

Bake in 350° F oven till top has a shiny crust, about 45 minutes. Cool on wire rack before cutting.
Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp butter, softened
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- dash salt
Directions:

Cream butter, cocoa & salt together. slowly beat in sugar. Add up to 4 Tbsp milk to spread consistency.
