Crepes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup cold milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:

Put liquid, eggs and salt into a blender. Add the flour then the butter.

Cover and blend at top speed for one minute. Cover and refridgerate for at least two hours.

Batter should be a very light cream, just thick enough to cover a wooden spoon. If its too heavy, add water a spoonful at a time.
