Granola
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
- 1 cup raw cashews or almonds
- 3 cups raw oats
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- a pinch of salt
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup dark currants
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup honey
Directions:

Warm oil and honey in microwave to aid in stirring. Combine all ingredients and spread onto a cookie sheet.

Bake in 325° F oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 6 minutes (3x). Cool before storing in glass jars.
